Mindful Living's School

The Secret Superpowers PLUS version of the curriculum provides a three-hour, live, online teacher training. We recommend this option because it allows for discussion of the concepts in the curriculum, interaction between the participants, and the practice of mindfulness and loving-kindness. It also encourages teachers to practice for themselves, establishing a calm classroom atmosphere of kindness and compassion, leading to an ideal learning environment.

The Secret Superpowers BASIC version of the curriculum provides a 45-minute, pre-recorded teacher training. This shorter version is offered for those who cannot attend or pay for the live, online training. BASIC training includes teacher training but without live interaction and in-depth conversation. This training can also be reference and refresher after the live training.
